There's a wonderful poem by Chandra Bhan Prasad, called "Tsunami: Come Again".

You may find as well a study in comparison of Australian and Bengali folklore, and "The Reversal of the Mother Goddess Image in Shakespeare’s Tragedies", both written by Saumitra Chakravarty. Ana Benjamin, the great-niece of Walter Benjamin, wrote in Spanish a short story based on the outrages of the last Argentinian military dictatorship; Christopher Rollason offers a translation.
